The addition of diamond to multiblast complicates the migration from v1 to v2 #223

  1. mblast v2 will need to be updated to handle diamond commands
  2. diamond configs are not necessary directly compatible with blast configs, which will likely mean the migration script will need to be updated to handle both types of configurations.
