Add link to documentation explaining the entity diagram #1046

As discussed in 3/14/2022 EDA UX meeting, users are confused about the entity diagram. We want to provide a link near the entity diagram which provides them with an explanation, especially so that they understand what "repeated measures" are.

Nupur put together an explanation of the diagram that can be found in static content (https://static-content.veupathdb.org/documents/clinEpi/clinEpi_exercises/Tutorial3_NavigatingDatasetDiagram.pdf). This can be a starting point for embedded documentation within the entity diagram

Note from JohnB: backend changes to allow for depiction of 1:many in the entity diagram will not be rolled out for a few cycles (will roll out when mega study changes go out)

This ticket is paused until https://github.com/VEuPathDB/EdaLoadingIssues/issues/31 is done & all studies have been patched or reloaded
