EDA to Map and back: link does not show in VectorBase, add to any site. #1055

it will be needed in genomic eda studies.. such as popsets. so we will need a way to have it outside clinepi. from john "it is still TBD where to send users. My guess is EDA so long as they are able to get to the map. the reason is that some isolates will not have geographic location so better not to hide that on initial view"

this relates to the fact that currently we dont have a way to differentiate studies that we only want to see as SAM vs studies that we want to see both ways. It needs to wait for this...

we propose to add a few flags for eda studies in https://veupathdb.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/WG/pages/545783872/MapVEu+and+Genomics+EDA+Site+Search#New-EDA-genomics-presenter-properties

  1. defaultEdaView map| eda (default eda)
  2. linkFromMapToEda true | false (default true) (in megastudy, dont want to go back to EDA)
  3. showInToolsMenu true|false (default false)
  4. parentStudy (default null) if this is a substudy, a link to the megastudy
