Data access dashboard: Study team managers unable to see button to access page #18

The Guatemala OI Cohort investigators wish to add people to view the data, but they can't see the "Data access dashboard" button on the View Study details page even when logged into their accounts that have study team access and Is manager = yes. Jamie suspects a bug
