Running the code on a Mac #5

Hi Fernando,

As we chatted about on text, could you please

  1. Run this code as is on your Mac using the RData file as an input

  2. After doing so, try to integrate the R_to_Stata script into 0_Main if possible, if not I will have a look (note that we use different methods to download packages - so when you integrate, it will have to be made consistent one way or the other - all my packages are found in "install_packages.R" where I have configured my code to install packages either from CRAN main or archive as for VARSignR)

After only minor changes, I could run it in my Mac without any errors. There were a bunch of warnings that I did not look at carefully.

Could you see if I broke the code for you or if it still runs on your Mac?
