Rerun of Check for updates #220

  1. Get vanilla Thor
  2. Run Thor like RunThor.prg WITH 1
  3. Close VFP
  4. Rerun VFP
  5. Run Thor like RunThor.prg WITH 1

✔️ Expected result

Should start quiet

❌ Actual result

Runs update.
Subsequent repeating [3] to [5] does not raise the update.

Remark

The RunThor.prg WITH 1 is just in the start of the IDE, so [2] and [5] happen while starting VFP.

Update: Any value other then 0 will raise this.
