Enabling Maintain Aspect Ratio causes graphical issues

Describe the bug When enabling the maintain aspect ratio option, certain textures like Lightning is missing from the Tanker chapter (could be other instances, but only one I was able to identify). This can be seen at the beginning of the Tanker chapter on the opening video where when the whole bridge is being shown on the left-side, there should be lightning on the right-side in the background, but you just see a sudden flash. (at the 34-35 second mark). Also after you defeat Olga (sorry for the spoiler alert), the cipher that takes a picture of snake, there should be lightning in the background as well.
