Failed creating Direct3DDevice8 Object #202

Describe the bug First when I open the MGS2SSetup.exe this warning appears Screenshot_1 Screenshot_2 I've already started the fix using Admin rights and installed in another directory. When I open the settings there's two identical VGA. Screenshot_4 I already tried select the second VGA but the bug still continue, that is the "Failed creating Direct3DDevice8 Object" Screenshot_3

OS: Windows 7
Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator 3150, it's not a laptop.

I had the same issue. "Failed creating Direct3DDevice8 Object". It was resolved when I turned on window mode...
