Remove `eddy_data.py` #143

Hey @AlexDo1

We still have this old https://github.com/VForWaTer/metacatalog/blob/master/metacatalog/models/eddy_data.py model for a table, specific for eddy data. We do not use this, right? So we can remove the whole file.
