json2aRgs updates #21

json2aRgs is now compatible with the newest version of tool-specs with the seperation of parameters and data.
I also implemented further data types and more tests and released a new Github version (not on CRAN yet): https://github.com/VForWaTer/json2aRgs/pull/3
