Updates the tone of Widgets over helper methods.

Changes:

Updates the title to be in-line with an actual practice rather than a title
Removes the snippet of code that is redundant when considering the content of the Good and Bad practices
Updates the first brief paragraph to be more in-line with the tone of a practice
