drawing outlines of rois and numbers takes too long #2

Need to add an option to visualize only the outlines of the rois in a color and not label all the little rois

OK, I made a new viewing "mode" that allows one to look at the filled regions. Its pretty fast. Can you take a look at it and see if it works well with your current images on your computer? If so, then I'll do the same for the colocalizations.

Do you think you need transparency? Or is the solid fill ok?

So I finally got around to looking at it (sorry- I was in the middle of processing samples). It took a while to open, and initially still had the numbers, but once I zoomed in those disappeared and now it's pretty fast. Transparency could help, although if it's fast, I could also just click and unclick to figure out which foci have been selected. Thanks! Berith
