at_roi_connect not working properly #3

I noticed this with two different datasets: when using different connection parameters I get the same number of rois. With the latest dataset it 1 ROI whether I use 6, 18 or 26. Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving!

Weird, I just tried this and it seems to work for me. Do you happen to have that data set up in your lab that I could look at?

could not reproduce..closing
