The user should be able to edit previously entered incorrect family history, but should not be able to remove previously entered incorrect family history and should be able to add new note with new date and time.

Family History – Data Collection > Type of Relationship should not be alphabetically listed, It should be listed by group menu hierarchy of relationships, First Degree > Parents, children, Brother, sisters, self should be at the top with related sub relationships
