Sprint 8 will focus on establishing the routing communication between hub and spoke

Technical Goals:

Continue work on EPIC L3: Establish routing communication between hub and spoke; establish connection and begin development
Start and Finish EPIC L9: Spoke user views lab orders placed by Hub in Spoke
Start EPIC L5 - Hub user cancels remote lab order in Hub
Start EPIC R1 - Hub user creates remote radiology orders in Hub

Non-Technical Goals:

Update SDD
Update RTM
Update RSD
Update Test Cases
Update Master Test Plan
