Converting .md files from VHP4Safety/cloud is failing to convert properly to .rst #1

@ozancinar, I understood you updated how the service pages from cloud.vhp4safety.nl are included now. Can you write in 2,3 lines how it now works? Particularly, to explain if RST is still used, or not anymore?

I think those unexpected tables were shown before due to either i) an issue while automatically copying the .md files from the cloud repo; ii) that .rst format somehow (incorrectly) created those tables based; or both of these reasons. You can see this commit where I removed those tables by just deleting the last part of the .md files (for example see that I commented out the lines from 90 to 104 in the aopwiki.md). My gues is that .rst format does not work well with that syntax and somehow creates a table from it.
