Optionally set user name (but use a random name as a default, since we want as few option settings as possible!)

Partially done, custom nickname is stored in Settings. Random nickname selected at boot.

Related to https://github.com/VHackAndroid/BeTfsp/issues/12 Nickname and money should be initialised on connect / reconnect.

Currently the nickname is only sent when set in the askNickname dialog
