'Deal' cards using tablet screen

Instead of automatically serving cards, it would be cool if the dealer has to physically hand out the cards. Changes:

• UI:
  • new activity for handing out cards
  • gestures
• Server:
  • add notion of 'dealer'
  • allow clients to invoke dealing

=> quite some work for something simple. Low priority
