Inconsistent results between the scr and app versions #29

The io500.sh script is running both versions and suprisingly with the same input files and striping options the end score is totally different. Is that a know issue ? If so which version should be trusted ? Thank you

You should be running the "app" version from the IO500/io500 repo.
