Steps to reproduce

cd /opt/noaa/viame
source setup_viame.sh
download_all_viame_addons.sh

Result:

new configs go into /opt/noaa/configs instead of /opt/noaa/viame/configs because BASH_SOURCE is empty.

workaround:

Run from +1 depth, such as inside bin/
