Update of maize gene-GO file

The current maize gene-GO file is missing gene-GO pairs that come from ‘high throughput’ evidence types. It should be updated using the gene-GO file from PLAZA 5.0

Updated go-gene files:

• Maize v4 (processed from PLAZA 4.5): zma_v4_go_gene_file.txt
• Maize v5 (processed from PLAZA 5): zma_v5_go_gene_file.txt

Applied filters:

• BP only
• All available evidence types:
  • Maize v4: computational evidence only, in order of increasing number of annotations: IEA, ISO.
  • Maize v5: mostly computational evidence but also some curated and experimental, in order of increasing number of annotations: IC, RCA, IGI, ISS, TAS, IEP, IMP, IDA, IEA, IBA, ISO.
• Discarded/replaced obsolete ids
• Replaced alternate ids with corresponding primary id
• Propagated to parental terms (extended)
• Removed duplicate annotations
• Very general annotations were discarded (GO terms with at least 1.000 annotated genes, after propagation)

Updated files without removing general terms (only BP root is removed):

• Maize v4: zma_v4_go_gene_file.txt.gz
• Maize v5: zma_v5_go_gene_file.txt.gz

Files have been gzipped because GitHub does not allow files with size >25MB to be attached to an issue.
