This pull request contains a new feature to MINI-AC where we added a new workflow to run MINI-AC genome-wide given a list of genes. The iCREs associated to each of the genes provided are submitted to genome-wide MINI-AC. The documentation has been updated accordingly. However, this feature is not available until publication of the iCREs paper.
