How is the status here? This seems to be a good addition.

I agree that being able to restart crawls is a good addition. I didn't have the time to test this PR though it seems to still be a work in progress (e.g., there are still some debugging prints, the API casing is inconsistent with existing APIs, and it adds two features instead of just restarting the crawls).
