Update site to Bootstrap4 #28

I brought us over to bootstrap4 and used the flatly bootswatch theme as our base.

I notice that the navbar is bold here but not on the main website (also the navbar has a different height)

I unbolded the text and resized the ReproZip Examples logo to the same height as the main ReproZip logo from the main website, but the navbars still are slightly off. Not sure where that is happening.
