Looks interesting, and in our case, it should be easy to prepare the submission, so why not? PS: Some of the editors should already be familiar with ReproZip :)

Fine with me! We had talked about a paper, more like a study -- uses of reprozip, and analyses of performance, limitations, benefits, etc. Do we have enough examples to do this?

I don't think so. I would wait for a few more examples from the IS journal.
