Assignment03 is ready for grading #3

Hello,

I ran into a few issues the past few days and I'm going to submit an issue on Github, but I'm not in a rush to get them resolved. I would just like to know what's going on with my code eventually.

Overall, maps would be more legible if you selected only one borough. Since the territory is so large, and the features you are mapping are so small, it's difficult to fully understand the maps.

Q7: Consider either choosing different colors or zooming in. Centroid in the next plot looks much better. Q3: Did you resolve this issue with Carole?
