VISAB cleanup / deprecation package #37

VISAB evolved, which is why there are some deprecated things like the TCP/IP connection or the initial parsers that are not necessary anymore.

The API will get added to start within the headless mode.

Any code that is currently unused witll get moved to some archive package to not completely loose it.

The adjustments need to made as well in the games (where the TCP/IP connection is started).
