Current state of the GUI beauty regarding some styling and organizational things.

• FXML files can now be placed under the resources folder if they are located in a sub-package with the same fully qualified name as the respective java viewModel
• HomeView is the current version of VISAB 2.0 new GUI start window where every further action roots from
• WebApiView is accessible from HomeView, but styling will get overhauled in the near future

This is not complete, but nevertheless we could merge it so everything can have the current GUI accessible in the dev branch.

Dopee :rocket: Only complaint is that program and especially font size are a bit small 👍 Added a commit that contains a scope that is provided by the MainViewModel. This scope may be used to communicate with the "child" ViewModel (child as in logical child. I don't think the viewmodels need that relationsship in code). E.g. when a file was added or openend we may want it to appear in the list of files on the main view. Possibly we don't need it, but for now it won't hurt. Also agree with merging this asap.
