Please merge the add-travis pull request first!

This adds a Travis-CI configuration for automated build and test. Tagging the master branch triggers an automated binary release.

Hi Richard, ihx-file resulting from build automation can now be copied from the end of the Travis-CI log, e.g. https://api.travis-ci.org/v3/job/369674716/log.txt
