ui: Sentry integration #142

We can't rely on always writing perfect code or people always reporting all problems.

https://github.com/Tinkoff/micro-sentry looks OK-ish for code size, or maybe we can write our own micro-client.

Probably don't want to depend on Sentry: we already have a database where we can store everything we need.
