Fix uncaught exception #552

When using [VKSdk authorize:withOptions:] method with VKAuthorizationOptionsDisableSafariController, when click accept or cancel authorization, the application crashes:

*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInternalInconsistencyException', reason: 'Completion handler passed to -[VKAuthorizeController webView:decidePolicyForNavigationAction:decisionHandler:] was called more than once'
