One thing I noticed to not really fit in the ISO but definitely important for our work is infrastructure. Basically everything around the usage of HPCs and servers to run our software. Things like registrations, benchmarks, maintenance, documentation, fall-back systems etc.
Most labs will likely have a service level agreement with the ICT department for handeling most of this stuff, but some things (like a fallback incase of emergencies) should definitely be covered for bioinformaticians as well.
