the first invite send by client choose same port for audio and video. B2BUA get 
confuse no audio no video.

Chrome : 39.0.2171.95 (64-bit)
OS : linuxmint 17 
kernel : 3.13.0-24-generic #47-Ubuntu

sdp audio : m=audio 58858 UDP/TLS/RTP/SAVPF 111 103 104 0 8 106 105 13 126
sdp video : m=video 58858 UDP/TLS/RTP/SAVPF 100 116 117 96
