Hey, it would be nice, if you could provide a precompiled binary for ghdl.

I don't think we can offer a pre-compiled binary file. But it should be possible to pre-compile PoC packages and IP cores like we pre-compile vendor libraries. So PoC can be referenced by other tools like GHDL or ModelSim.
