Feature Request:

Create a dynamic footer widget that displays the "single" community address, phone, FAX and email address of the community that the user is visiting the page of.

Please move the Corporate address, phone, FAX and email address to widget area 2. Use only one logo, right where it is now, in the left widget. Only the data fields for corporate will go to the second widget position. These fields need to align horizontally with the like fields in Widget area 1 On pages that do not have a Site Single connection, like the Mental Care or Assisted Living pages, the corporate logo would stay where it was

Do you have mocks of what the feature should look like? If so, please include them (Preferably as a JPEG, pasted into the Issue content)

The footer would be similar to this: {Widget 1} {Widget 2} {Widget 3} {Widget 4} Logo [Community Name] [Corporation Name] Menu Menu [Community Address] [Corp. Address]
P: [Community Phone] P: [Corp Phone] F: [Community FAX] F: [Corp FAX] E: [Community Email] E: [Corp. Email Addy]

Some slight modifications to the output are required. This part may be best achieved by editing the "Store" directly: https://vibrantlifeseniorliving.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=edit-agile-store&store_id=4

This will also adjust the title for it on the Contact Us page in the Map, but I figure that is not of consequence.

I'll see what I can do about adding "Vibrant Life Senior Living" under Corporate Office in a flexible manner. I'd rather not hard-code something specific to that "Store" when rendering the Address Shortcode.

Shortcode adjustments have been made.

"Vibrant Life Senior Living" has been added to the "Additional Details" field. Anything can be placed there to have it show in that location within the Shortcode.
