Level out the top alignment of the interstitials across the site. #58

Please describe the feature you are requesting.

I thought there was an issue for this already, if there is, please take this request over and use that one in favor of this, Home is the one to match About is good Contact is good Blog is good AL, MC, Mission, FAQ, Communities, and 404 are all showing the interstitial high compared to the home page template, so the Full Width with Interstitial template and the 404 Template need to be adjusted downward and the Single Locations templates are all showing it lower, so please adjust those interstitials upward.

Do you have mocks of what the feature should look like? If so, please include them (Preferably as a JPEG, pasted into the Issue content)

It seems on the offending pages that the Interstitial is actually slightly narrower too. I wonder if that's the true culprit here.

It was caused by an adjustment we had to do on those templates to hide a gap between the swirl border and the hero. Fixed.
