Ambigous gear should not be considered as ambiguous when one of the stats does not belong to the gear #52

With character gears that are ambiguous like sharonrogers:4, winter soldier:1, there should be a filter based on gear attributes - eg if there is def pen, it can't possibly be winter soldier:1.
