Hi @VLucet ,

In this PR I added 2 packages as dependencies: cli and crayon to generate elegant/good-looking console outputs (I've also introduced 4 small functions of my own that I frequently use to report some info in scripts, we may not need all of them).

Also, I've enabled Markdown for the doc and made various small changes to exemplify how to use it!

I will now think a bit more about the workflow (it looks great, I just want to figure out if there are ways to do more!)
