Not appear windows on test mode for windows surface rt #20

Dear sir,

I have windows surface RT. I did all steps for starting my RT on windows test mode but did not appear any watermark after restart Surface. I did all solutions which you give.

The tool is no longer maintained, there may be new updates that block test mode. We will not be updating the list of updates. Closing issue...
