The service:

http://skyserver.sdss.org/vo/SIAP/SIAP.asmx/getSiapInfo?&FORMAT=image/fits&BANDPASS=ugriz&POS=3,3&SIZE=.01

...returns a VOTable but the linked data is not downloadable
