内容

どうもWindowsのJavaのビルドが壊れたっぽいので、空コミットでCIの様子を見て、やっぱり壊れているようであれば対処します。

うーん一過性だったっぽい。 #747 も今rerunしたら直ってしまった…

これ、現象自体はちょくちょく発生する(CIのrerunでも失敗し続けるが、一定時間経つと通るようになる)ので、なんとかしたい。
