在直播过程中，本地一个临时文件夹会不断增加.ts文件，并更新.m3u8文件。目前将HLS流同步到远端IPFS节点的方式是周期性（每隔5秒）上传整个临时文件夹，并publish。但这样的方式，（感觉）会重复上传文件，造成overhead。比如01.ts会被不断上传很多次。理想情况下，应该是向远程“文件夹”中不断追加新的.ts文件，并更新.m3u8
