Missing MSVC runtime error when using Windows installer #7

The following error was encountered while installing OpeneEIS using the Windows installer (openeis-setup_0.2-1395-3c071a5.exe) on a fairly clean Windows VM:

The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Downloading and installing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) allows the OpenEIS installer to proceed as expected.
