Matlab documentation updates

• [ ] In setup on Linux – don’t start the agent right after install. Start the agent only after standalone agent starts as the matlab agent is publishing only once and not periodically.
• [ ] Make sure the users understand that the agent will just sit and run waiting for configuration to happen before actually doing anything
• [x] On windows setup - After matlab setup, and before matlab engine api for python, verify version of python matlab is pointing to. This can be done by running the command "pyversion" in matlab. If it is pointing to python3, this can be changed with the matlab command pyversion /path/to/python.exe
• [x] On windows setup - Add notes section to check access to ip and port of linux machine. say using ping
  and telnet

  22916. (On redhat based machines port has to be explicitly opened for access from outside)
• [x] On windows setup - Fix Note after pip install –e . The path separators are missing
• [x] On windows setup - Configure agent – give path to settings.py
• [x] On windows setup - Fix note after setting.py – even if you use example config file without changes, you still have to change address, public and private key
• [x] Step 5 - mention that this needs to be run on Linux machine
• [ ] After step 5 add instruction to start matlab agent on Linux.
• [ ] Expected output needs to be specified from the script
• [ ] Adding the config store command to store a different script needs to be added

@schandrika I disagree with the don't start the agent....the point is to use the config store of the agent to trigger the publish...not the starting of the agent.

In that case we should at least install and start without a config file.

@schandrika Yes installing without a config file would be fine... @sgilbride you can pass {} as the --config parameter so that it won't be required
