Not working 'SimpleWebAgent #2166

SimpleWebAgent is only working in zmq bus My volttron version is 6.0. I think it needs to be modified to work with rmq bus.

@GHYOON which branch were you using when you noticed this, master, develop, 6.x, volttron-7-preview.

@GHYOON great and what type of environment are you using. Ubuntu, red hat, is this a pi or not. All information provided would be helpful to make sure we can reproduce and fix your issue.

@craig8 here is my environments Os: ubuntu 18.04 lts H/W: general desktop, not pi And I have downloaded and used the latest version code
