Fix timeout on mysql test runs #3088

Describe the bug 14 out of 15 test steps are passing with the 15th being mysql. The mysql tests are timing out on github actions.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a pull request

Expected behavior All test steps pass
