Document how to add volttron-application sub tree

Yes, but do we need separate page for this ? May be a sub-page under install instructions. Also, this needs to be added for all agent documentation.

@jhaack Is what I did in https://github.com/VOLTTRON/volttron/pull/915 sufficient for this, or do we need more documentation?

That's good but let's add it to the index page as well so it's the first thing people see.

I also agree with @poorva1209 that it should be in the install instructions too. Maybe it doesn't need its own page, but it should be mentioned there.

You may want to merge #923 first to avoid a conflict on the sample_application/index page. I made a change to it but your content would be better.
