Network ID bugfix + new butcher locations. #28

What this PR Includes:

  1. New Locations: 2 new butcher locations! (Landing Butcher, Saint-Denis Butcher)
    • Many thanks to 𝓝𝓪𝓣𝓱𝓐𝓷 for adding these new locations.
  2. Bugfix: Network ID Bugfix (Issue 27)
    • A slight refactor to the sell function to properly check that something is being held before registering its networkid
  3. Bugfix: Item Selling Duplication Bug (Issue 21)
    • DerHobbs has helped test and confirm this issue is fixed.
  4. Minor Bugfix: Horse Check Invalid Passing
    • Fixed the sell function horse check was always passing even when the horse was put away, wasting resources on further checks.
