The button box has numbers 1-9, and we want to use 3-7. So write some sort of function that checks whether it's plugged in, and changes the buttons it checks for depending on whether you're using the keyboard or the button box.
But don't ignore the keyboard completely, because we also want to check for esc space and delete.
