2 months ago This was operating on a much older version of analysis, before I had split out some tasks as separate functions and rearranged the order of some bits. I think half of the changes had already been handled by more recent commits. So it took some creative merging, but I think I got the gist of it across.
The main thing we want out of this anyway is the itemwise ISC function.
Flesh out the analysis of the intersubject correlations. It makes more sense to analyze within video rather than within subject like the main analysis, so I had to write a new control function to handle that.
